Management with an owner's perspective
Boston focus
We concentrate on Boston neighborhoods, so pricing and vendor choices reflect the local market.
We own rentals too
Our team runs rental property of its own. We know what a missed rent check or a slow repair costs.
No guesswork
You'll get regular statements, quick answers, and approval requests before any major spending.
Simple, written pricing
Every building is different, so we quote after we've seen yours. Your proposal lists the monthly management fee, any leasing fee, and what's included, in writing, before you sign anything.
[CONFIRM: publish fees (e.g., % of rent, leasing fee) or keep “custom quote”]

Questions owners ask
What kinds of properties do you manage?
Residential rentals: single-family homes, two- and three-family homes, small apartment buildings, and rooming houses. [CONFIRM]
Which parts of Boston do you cover?
Neighborhoods throughout the city. If your property is just outside Boston, call us and we'll let you know if we can help. [CONFIRM: service area]
How do you handle repairs?
Residents submit requests to us; we schedule licensed, insured vendors. Routine repairs are handled within an agreed spending limit, and we get your approval before anything larger.
Do you handle evictions?
Good screening and early communication prevent most problems. When an eviction is unavoidable, we serve the required notices and coordinate the court process in line with Massachusetts law.
How do I get started?
