Northeast Strategic Solutions LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company headquartered at 265 Franklin Street, Suite 1702 in downtown Boston. We were founded to give Boston rental owners a management partner that thinks like an owner, focused on the long-term value of the building as well as this month's rent.
Our team brings hands-on experience as landlords and real estate professionals in Greater Boston. We know what it takes to keep a building occupied, maintained, and compliant, and we know how much that work is worth to an owner's time.

Jeffrey leads Northeast Strategic Solutions. He is a Massachusetts landlord and a licensed Realtor with CM Realty & Associates, and he also runs The Jax Group LLC, a property management company based in Brockton.
That combination of ownership, brokerage, and management experience means he can advise owners on the whole life of a property, from acquisition to day-to-day operations to an eventual sale.
